SCAMMERS, had the most traumatic experience of my life in this place. The taxi driver brought me there without my permission at 2am and said he couldn't bring me back to the airport or to the original hotel I had booked. They wanted to charge me 150000 for the night. After arguing for a long long time we agreed on a lower price (3500) which is still WAY above the average price and for what that place is worth it. They didn't want to give me the WiFi and the taxi driver charged my 1800 to bring me there. I was traveling alone and felt intimidated and disgusted by their behaviour. This made have a horrible impression of India on my first day and I am still traumatized by this situation. Do never go near this place.

SCAM ! The pre paid taxi at new dehli airport works together with this hotel. The taxi driver is not dropping you off at rhe hotel you booked. He brings you to this place and the hotel manager charges awful lot of money. What can you do, middle in the night, tired, no wifi connection, no phone.... Separate from that: Hotelroom was not clean There was even blood on the blankets!!! Breakfast is 4 sandwiches with butter wrapped in something that looks like toilet paper. Its just criminal

Fell for taxi driver scam. Never stay in this excuse of a hotel. The owner is in cahoots with taxi drivers to rip off tourists. I paid 5,200 rupees for a disgusting room, no toilet paper, everything filthy, couldn't get out of there fast enough. Of course at 12pm what can you do? At least it was quiet- I'm sure noone in their right mind would choose to stay there. The manager should be reported to police

Taxi scam. Taxi driver took me to this hotel despite I said another hotel. He played a game that my hotel was closed due to a protest by calling another number instead of the hotel phone number I booked. After he brought me to this hotel, they offered me a room with no windows and I paid full money to the hotel on the first date. When I checked out, he told me that I needed to pay one full day extra money because I checked in 9:40 am and their usual check-in time is 11:00. They didn't tell me on the first day. Be careful.

STAY AWAY FROM this hotel! This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. Dirty bed sheets, staff trying to rip you off at every opportunity, unfriendly support and overall looks ugly I asked an airport taxi for a cheap hotel at 5 am, and they pointed me to Ishaan Palace. The road to get to the hotel is not properly maintained, unlike other hotels. Upon arriving they told me the price to just stay there from 5 am to 1 pm was 8,500 rupees. Eight thousand! Upon telling them no, they reduced the price to 5,000 rupees which is still much overpriced for the facilities they have. As mentioned before the need sheets although smelling "ok" have stains of all different colors. Washroom had a bidet with leaks, no shower, wifi was only provided at 10 am upon asking several times.

Please don't ever ever ever ever go to this hotel. It is a FAKE and a SCAM hotel. You will be ripped off all of your money, because the owner overcharges for his miserable and nonexistent service. You will be subjected to overpriced taxi rides from and to the airport and if that was not enough, the owner proposes you to go to fake tourist information centers in Delhi, where they try to take even more of your money. Firstly, when arriving at the hotel reception, they will tell you there is no WIFI in the hotel and that is it not working (even tough you can clearly receive a signal). This is because they plan on abusing your good conscience and prevent you to do your own online research. If you have no Indian SIM with any possibility to check online, they will take advantage of you. Secondly, the utterly disgusting and inhuman service they offer in the room. You overpay for what you get, because all you will receive is a dirty towel, probably dirty bedsheets, a shower that is not working and also they don't even give you toilet paper. That is, if you were even willing to sit on the dirty and uncleaned throne of misery they define as a toilet. Third, I had a taxi driver ordered by the owner to go to the city center and it was all nice and well until he proposed me to go to a tourist information center. This is were the SCAM begins! The owner is working together with these centers to scam tourists. These tourist informations centers are not official and the people in there will take advantage of you if you let them. Once again they say they provide free wifi but upon inquiring about it they will tell you that it is not working. They will then try to book tours and tickets for you that are overpriced and that might not even be valid. So good chance you waste your money on this.

We arrived at the hotel around 1 pm. After paying 25EUR for the night, the manager told me that the hotel had a problem and was booked, but he said he would bring me to another one of his hotels just one street away (he said he has 4 hotels around). He was very polite, but when we arrived at the new hotel, he left me with the reception manager of the adjacent hotel, and the nightmare began. I was shown to a room where, as you can see in the pictures, the toilet was broken and the shower was not working properly. It was impossible to get water, but I didn't complain because I was too tired. I checked the shower in the morning. My surprise came when I opened the bed and found it full of hairs. There were hairs everywhere, as if a big animal had slept there, or they never changed the bed. I went down to the reception twice (because there were no towels and soap), and the manager yelled at a kid who worked there to fix it. Imagine my surprise when the kid went up with me and started taking the hairs out of the bed with his hand. I asked the guy for new covers, clean ones, and he said, "Yes, sir, right away." He went down and came back up with only one towel and soap, and then left. As I said, it was already 2 am, and I was tired. The next day, I was going to take three flights all day, so I decided to cover the bed with my jacket and the towel to sleep there. But it was a really terrible night, and I cannot believe someone can sleep there and pay for it. I would understand if it were free. Please be careful because it's not hard to believe they never change the bed and just clean it a little with their hand. Be safe, and never believe the pictures you see on booking websites or anything that says it's a 5-star hotel. Always ask to see the room before paying.

Attention the owner is a skilful scammer, he steals your money knowing that if you have just arrived in India you have no possibility to verify via bank app. Stay away from him and taxis that agree with him ..! He is the most slimy person I have met, an pariah is a gentleman compared to him. They should make you close the hotel and put you in jail Cheater Thief
