We have dined a superb quality food and took away vagitarian food of a good quality satisfying taste and quantity.
It's a good hotel, room doesn't have AC ( not required in pune weather).
Food is really amazing(Pure veg).
We stopped by for a meal and hence did not check the rooms.

I went there to inquire about the conference room, but the manager was just not interested and least interested behaviour. 2 star only for infrastructure.

We booked a room for 3 adults and 1child. On reaching here after a long travel, the frowny receptionist Mr Anil Yadav, instead of a warm welcome was extremely rude which resulted in an argument. They gave us a tiny room with just a double bed where 4 PPL cannot accommodate. After charging an extra amount total 4700 for an overnight stay they gave us a room with 3 beds. This they should have actually booked for 4 ppl. Dirty linens. Washrooms not maintained. No hot water. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor service. Frowny and rude staff.
