Good food provided with fast service, But
Hotel international is the hotel which is next to the #zoo.
As a group travelling we were around 48 people. Casual atmosphere with a huge rush.
FOOD.
The quality and quantity of the food is good. What we had was chicken biriyani, meals with chicken fry.
SERVICE.
Fast service provided by the service team. Find a little bit of delay in curry refilling (for meals).
WASHROOM.
Washrooms are there seperately for ladies and gents but we find a bit ease in the washroom cleanliness.
PARKING.
Less space for the parking.
Good spot to have Kerala food near the zoo. Place is crowded but service is quick and food is decent
I tried briyani here today chicken taste like cooked for 3 days and served me today chicken piece everyone want juicy to eat but here i thought it was mutton, reddish layer came while eating even i asked waiter is it chicken or mutton . Don't try Chicken Briyani here
Food with best quality and taste. Chicken biriyani is awesome and has the authentic Malabar taste. Chicken kabab is a must try item.
I can't give zero stars. So I give 1. Also got hairs on food.
Totally disappointed because of many reason.. The staff here are irresponsible..they will not serve us properly.. When we ask to parcel some unfinished chicken,the cleaning guy only packed it... Don't know weather he washed his hands or not.
The price is little bit high and we need take preorder here.. The quantity which they give is less.
With token only we will get food.. The worst part is they will not accept online or card payment and I don't know which era these people are living.
After we ate the food, we felt like vomiting
We even got hairs in the food
And about the service,they literally scold you and arguing you to eat that food
The staff, waiter cannot understand Hindi or English. There is no menu to choose from. They just have meals which are pretty below average. We ordered non-veg Biryani and Chili Chicken which was not at all any biryani. The Chapatis (Rotis) were difficult to tear.
Worst food experience for any non-south Indian.
Would never recommend this place if you want restaurant type environment and food.
