Hotel is located at heart of City. It has good connectivity to Lal Chowk, Dal Lake and highway to Pahalgam. I got the room at Rs. 1500 per night. Online majority of hotels are appearing at more than Rs. 3000. If it's not peak season better to go to Kashmir without booking and explore for better rates. Rooms are spacious and worth value of it. Good wifi. Mattresses were really comfortable. I liked this hotel as compared to nearby Sheeshmahal. Other hotels nearby Dal gate are either too expensive or unhygienic. Better to slightly deviate from main locality.

In one single word I can describe this hotel "WORST". Though rooms looks good in pictures, room is not recomended for family. Switches were broken, pillows were not good. And the food is worst I have ever had in life. They dont know how to cook and what good food means to them. I would recommend for group of men stay if it works cheaper but not with the food. Eating that food spoils ones stomach. And never agree for this hotel if any travels recommend this, and try to convience. Initially though I saw the reviews and asked my travles to change this they promised me for best experience but when I reached there it was not the case.

Please do not book this hotel online. Once you reach there they will say that they do not accept online bookings. And then they will ask you to cancel your online booking and book manually with them on the spot. Since you won't have any option left you will have to do that. The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms are TINY. A 6 feet tall person can simply not bathe there. They mention that they provide room for 3 people but their rooms are too small for 3 adults and once they put an extra bed in that small room it becomes very congested. Their only saving grace is the room service staff. They are very knowledgable and polite. Another slightly good thing about the hotel is the location. It's very centrally located. But that also means that you will be constantly bombarded with honks and noise coming from the main street just front of the hotel. If you get an option do not choose the road side room. There is another row of rooms which opens on the back side, those should be quieter.

Hotel looks awesome from outside. Good location. Services are horrible from inside. No basic amenities, no sense of cleanliness. Added to it, we confirmed the booking before coming but the moment we reached, they refused to give us rooms, saying that they don't take online booking. We had to pay 3x price to get the accommodation as we were late to reach with family. Not recommended.

All is good with nice cooperative staff... but little bit need to improvement in food service

it was worth staying in hotel it costed me 1500 per one night in march time they will also arrange private cab but little expensive room service was not up to the mark very late no hot water bathroom was so small room was good with good view dal lake also very short distance
