recently stayed at a 3-star hotel and had a generally positive experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. While it may not offer the luxuries of a higher-rated hotel, it was a satisfactory stay that met my basic needs and budget.
Worst experience at bar, Scam is happening. Buying a costly drink but giving pickle as sides. As per the hotel ratings/ start minimum standard has to be maintained. Also without asking the customers they are giving water bottles. This has to be noted by the management and further improvement to be made.
The taste of chicken biriyani..... wowww.... I haven't had such a good one from anywhere else even in other districts ... no unwanted ingredients.. portion may be smaller for those who eat well
Good Stay at Indraprastha, Palakkad. It is one of the oldest hotels in Palakkad. Hopefully everything is recently renovated. Infrastructure looks very nice. Appreciated. Inside Room is neat & clean including Beds , Blankets etc... Basic amenities are available. Hotel staffs are good & cooperative. Hotels Restaurants are there within the premises. Separate hotel available for Vegetarian. We can do booking through either official website or other online websites available. Please confirm the booking well in advance before reaching hotel. All types of transport facilities are there to reach the Hotel. Recommended to stay with family.
A Pleasant Stay at [Hotel Indraprastha] I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Indraprastha] and overall, it was a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome from the moment I arrived.
Not up to the expectation. Require renovation. Wash rooms are not up to the expectations. Breakfast was ok. Due to lot of fly not enjoyed the breakfast. Not happy with the stay. Look like very less staff. Security is the only person I found as customer friendly.
This hotel with good rooms is located in the heart of Palakkad town close by the bus stand and the fort. Has ample parking facilities. Has 2 restaurants, bar and a hall for parties or functions to be hosted
Good location, the best address in Palakkad. The beds and other furnishings are good. The rooms have musty odour. The bathrooms needs special attention as the exhaust don't work properly. The wash basin cracked. The restaurant outside also needs attention. Please look into this.
