Hectic experience using this bar hotel last Sunday. The bar counter is filled with so much of toilet smell which is unbearable. They must have to keep some hygiene for their customers.

Teach your hotel reception staff how to treat guests. The behavior of the reception standing there is absolutely rude. These people are a disgrace to any establishment.

AC bar with chilled beer along with awesome fish fry, I would highly recommend this place. Yes Cards are accepted and service decent enough.

Worst experience ever faced today.. staffs of bars behave like it's theyr own bar.. behaves rude.. especially suppliers not the securities .. please train them to maintain comon manners

The place was supposed to be a star hotel. But it had none of the amenities. Worst of all , the room in which I had stayed over didn't even have a working conditioning AC. Though even after repeated complaining, they could not find me another room , nir could they fix the air conditioning for me. The bed sheets and pillow covers were full of stains . It lacked the feel of a new hotel room that you usually check into. Even the bathroom fittings had complaints and leaks. The towels seemed used and full of stains and somehow it even felt rustic ( I know it's impossible, but it had that feel somehow, like it was about to fall apart) . The towels were torn . And when I say torn , it's not a small tear that I'm referring to. There was a slightly big tear at the bottom. There were no reception staff most of the times at the reception. Even during checking out, I had to search for them. The only good thing that I felt about the hotel was the super friendly and helpful helper boy that was with there for us on call trying his best to help was with an honest smile on his face. In short the stay at the hotel was terrible, wouldn't recommend staying there in the least.
