I won't recommend for family, as got electrocuted past month visit. This month my shower not working, power supply issue no proper generator, no heater Or hot water supplied. No buffet served. Always need to eat cold dosa and sambar as well. Don't waste your money, no service personals would bother on customers here
On 02/05/2023 I went with my husband for dinner. We ordered several vegetarian food, as we want to taste them before ordering for a party of 25. The food tasted good. But at 3:00 am I started throwing up due to severe food poisoning. By 7:00 am my husband also started throwing up. I ended up at St Mary's hospital. We both were extremely sick and had to cancel our fully paid honeymoon with no refund. After one week, we are still on antibiotics. Our doctor said Indraprasta is not a busy restaurant and might have served stale food causing food poisoning. For the love of your life, please don't go to this restaurant. We are traveling abroad in 2 days, so we don't have the time to press charges. This hotel definitely ruined our good times after our wedding.
One month ago we stay with my friends, firstly compliment breakfast is very poor, then room service and AC not in working conditions Then my rate is zero We used minibar and they give extra charge

A well maintained and moderately priced hotel with a good dedicated and courteous staff in the city of Kottayam. It has a variety spread of local food as well as continental and Chinese dishes. Rooms are spacious and clean. Banquet hall and Gym are available. They do arrange local sightseeing tours and airport drops pickups etc. A good place for families and business people as well.
It's a good stay, rooms are clean and hygienic and hospitality is at it's best.
The only bar restaurant in Kottayam that serves liquor with good ambiance and good service
