The rooms were impressively neat and clean, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

Nice hotel and good value The bright and cheerful exterior led to the welcoming and very helpful staff and then to a large, clean and comfortable air conditioned room with a small balcony. To my delight, two floors above my first floor room was a small rooftop swimming pool with a small restaurant also on the rooftop. The food was better than I had at the other small local hotels where I stayed in Rajasthan. I would have given it 5 stars had it not followed what seems to be the custom in these local hotels of not carrying out any routine room maintenance such as replacing used toiletries, teabags, cups etc. Definitely a good place to stay in Udaipur though some way out of town.

The hotel was very nice. The service was also good and the hotel staff was warm. The rooms were very big and the facilities were also good. The only point to note is that there is no lift and there are 3 floors. It might be difficult for the elders and people who find it difficult to climb stairs. Rest for everyone else it's a good place to stay.

Exceptional service. Great food and good hospitality. Staff is very supportive and fast service by each and every staff starting from check in to check out. Clean rooms and well maintained location with a view. Good location with less crowd and noise and beautiful birds chirping outside the hotel. Must visit the place.

Very bad customer service... One Mr. Nehpal from Indra Niwas hotel.. hope I am getting his name right here... Anyways he was so rude and his way of speaking was so not professional.. being in the hotel industry one should first know how to speak or communicate to their customers. Super Bad experience even before I visited the place. Please hire better people who know how to talk to the customers. I am glad that he cancelled my stay with you.

Had a wonderful stay. The property was heritage styled and service was very good. Rooms were spacious and the property offers many services such as laundry, car tours, spa etc we enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again some time in future..

Our stay at the Hotel Indra Niwas was absolutely incredible. beautiful room, with stunning views of the lake, and the room was very spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. the staff really went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Overall incredible value for money, and would highly recommend!

This property is beautiful, spacious and serene. It has a distant view of the lake from its terrace. The service was great, they accomodated all our requests and made our stay comfortable. the food at the Hotel was also really good.
