Indra Bhavan is an old fashioned hotel serving a variety of breakfast items freshly prepared daily. Ordered masala dosa and idli wada sambar which was quite filling and good in taste. Rose milk which is quite in demand was served which was truly refreshing along with good filter coffee. Service was quick and it's a clean and hygienic outlet. Can always opt for this restaurant which is also very reasonable.

One of the best places in Mangalore to have South Indian/Mangalorian style food. Mainly sambar doesn't taste as sweet as other restaurants in the city. The food tastes really good and it's a must try restaurant. There are a lot of items to choose from for breakfast. Came here unplanned, thinking to visit soon.

I started my journey of Mangalore food delicacies from this place. The place is off the road hidden gem. The food is delicious and you can select from the display. Mangalore bun, uttapam, filter coffee, all the items are so under budget and yet so delicious. The owner clicked my pictures on request.

Being a foodie I rate this one of the best restaurant for breakfast. The food feels like very authentic and very tasty and also very economical. It is a old style hotel and don't expect super cozy atmosphere. Very much value for money and note that parking is not available.

Many people recommended this tiffin place. Had amazing Goli bajji's here. Sadly we didn't get any dosa even before 1pm. Sweet potato bajji tastes okay, and i personally didn't like the poha upma. Definitely one can visit this place for their Goli Bajji's.

Easy to locate. Simple Ambience giving the pleasant vibes of old times. Authentic Breakfast Menu. We tried Puri, Idli, vada, Curd Vada, Masala Dosa, Upma, Benne Dosa and coffee. Puri is very nice, Crunchy and loved the Aloo Palya with it. Aloo Palya is too good Idli is dry & Just Okay. Vada is crunchy and nice. Masala Dosa is Okay. Upma portion is less, but very good. Benne Dosa is a must try. It has full authentic aroma and Taste Filter Coffee is refreshing. All the items are served with Chutney and Sambar. Chutney is made of coconut and it is yummy, Sambar is hot, watery and Nice. Good Value for Money. Would highly recommend for some authentic Breakfast.

If i had a chance to rate 0/-1 i would have done that . I had a disappointing experience at this veg restaurant. The service was abysmal. Our waiter didn't bother to explain the menu or ask for our preferences, even though the place wasn't busy. When we asked for recommendations, he was impatient and didn't ensure we understood. His attitude was truly terrible. I won't be returning.
