Hotel Indore Palace(Unit of KDM Services) - Hotel in Shirdi - Ahmednagar, India

For an hourly stay it's in budget, at walking distance from the Shirdi temple gate 2-3. Service wise staff is good and courteous, only concern is with rooms it had a typical smell which develops after humidity and dampening of wall. Size of rooms was good and big. Did not need AC during this season it was good even with fan. Food items on the menu were also not overpriced

Pathetic service, they mention that it is a three star hotel however they don't have iron in the hotel. No toiletries available in the room nor with the hotel. Old broken ACs in the room which makes noise more than generator. Stains on bedsheet and many more qualities available with the room. Positive reviews on most of the online platform like goibibo and MMT are just bcz of their discount campaign where 5 star rating gives you discount. just one positive thing that hotel is near to sai baba mandir and parking facility is available.

Worst hotel will not recommend anyone for stay. Management is rude, they promise one thing while booking and when you reach hotel they change their tune. They are providing discount for posting 5 star so not sure of credibility of 5 star rating. Will give zero rating if had option to do so.

Horrible experience. Sometimes these management don't Use Power back up. Manager is very arrogant, he is an idiot. It's very old building with new touchups. Bathrooms are very very small. Don't go here.

Hi Folks, Hope you all are doing great! It's our 4th visit to Shridi and we always prioritise booking at"Indore palace". Be it service, ambience, hospitality all is taken care by Mr. Kishore. Thank you very much! I hope the same service is continued going forward. Signing off folks!

Don't have an option of 0 stars or rather minus so I am forced to put 1 star. Worst place ever. Do not think of staying at this place. Pathetic rooms , pathetic service. Washrooms had all the hair , in spite of all the cleaning done few mins to when we arrived. When we came to the hotel , we requested a room to just change and promised to not move a pin in the room, but the manager was adamant. This request was done as the common ladies washroom was pathetically dirty and we had to travel back to Mumbai. The behaviour of the manager was really very very rude and I really warn the people to not spoil their trip by staying at this place.

we stayed at this hote for 2 nights ,we had booked deluxe room . the room was quite spacious to accomodate 3 person. they provided 3 beds in a room ,bathroom was small but manageable . beat and clean room and property ,hassle free check in ,service was very prompt ,just 2 minutes walking distance from gate no 3 .will come again

I am giving star only because of location is nearby shirdi temple and hot water 24/7 & external structure is good. Pros - 1. walkable distance from lane number 2 of shirdi mandir darshan que. 2. 24 hrs hot water Cons - 1. Bed was continuously making noise even you just seat on it 2. Very old and unhiginic rooms. Toilet was not proper cleaned, toilet seat was broken. 3. Room was dirty 4. Given drinking water was very low quality and local water brand 5. Owner will ask you to give "5 star" rating at the time of check-in itself 6. Little bit costly as it was 3500 Rs for 2 rooms
