Worst experience ever in guwahati... Hotel rooms are not cleaned, bathrooms are dirty.... You should avoid the hotel and go for somewhere else

One of the worst hotels in Guwahati. Kindly avoid and it is advisable to book nearby hotels. 1. The reception guy thinks of himself as if he is the owner of the hotel. An arrogant guy who knows well how to misbehave with a customer. 2. The bald old lift man is of another kind. He asks for money whenever a customer uses the lift. 3. In-house kitchen always forgets to provide spoon whenever there is a meal order (room service) 4. Rooms are full of mosquitoes. At night hotel guy will provide you killer-sticks (mosquito killing incense sticks) only if you ask for them at the reception. At last room gets filled with the smoke and you yourself will feel like a dumb mosquito stuck in a life-sucking hotel. They can't even afford a liquid mosquito repellent in the rooms. Hotel Indira is like spoiled brat son of a rich dad Customer service is far better in Hotel Sukhmani and Hotel Prince.

If this was the only hotel left, I would still sleep on the streets. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! EVER!!! 1. The hotel runner is absolute garbage, always expecting tips. Entering the room without knocking. 2. The receptionist is unwelcoming, and always has an angry tone while speaking to him. 3. AC unit is basically an old box barely working. 4. The room condition is horrendous I could go on forever with my complaints.

Room was big bt the cleaning was very bad they should take care of this .... Nd they provide food facilities also so no need to go some where they provide everything

The worst hotel I have stayed in. The issues - - Lack of cleanliness - see the pillow and bedsheets, see the washroom and room cleanliness. Blankets were so dirty and smelly -No one to listen irrespective of number of calls you do. Needed hot water and they were like why you need it. Water failures - multiple times tap water went off, we called the reception, a guy showed up and told us he will bring water in bucket. He again showed up in like 15 minutes saying we should shift to another room. Single blanket and single towel for a double bed room occupied by two people. Even that one towel wasn't pre-provided. We had to tell them to provide. No toiletries. There is also lack of uniformity in their charge. They charged us double for the same room that they gave half of our rent to a local individual. Overall not at all a good place to stay in. But alas, major hotels in Guwahati are same.

I would never stay there for the 2nd time in my life no matter how hard the situation goes. The manager in the reception is absolute duffer.No sense of humanity. God will take care of their ill deeds towards mankind in their later phase of time.

It's quite a nice hotel in the paltanbazar area. We were three people and we got a room in the 5th floor where 2 beds were attached with each other which was comfortable for 3 people. The price was 900/day. Checkin is anytime but the checkout time is 12 P.M. only. Overall it is a good hotel at low price.

Very worse hotel in guwahati you should avoid to stay in this hotel and also the reception managers behaviour is unfriendly and disgusting.
