Hotel Indiana Pride - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Indiana Pride is a real gem with pristine rooms. I went through a real quick check in which helped the situation as I was a tad bit tired of travelling. I didn't have to ask for basic things like dental kit and water(saved my efforts even more! The staff was very efficient with their duties even at midnight. I loved the stay and there was no disturbance. So summing it up I'd give this hotel 10/10

Very First thing I wanna warn you about this hotel is, "Any room can be opened with any key". Be aware of your valuables, do not trust on CCTV. Second, once it was been a 2 start hotel but not maintained the same now. Rooms, toilets are very dirty, bed spreads, pillows are also not that great and clean. Room service is very bad. No internal communication system is also installed. Toilet flushes won't work properly. Totally, never ever trust the fancy decorated pics for hotel bookings. Walk in is always a better choice.

Overall I had a wonderful experience. From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond, especially housekeeping. The breakfast was great, with so many options, including ice cream! The lounge was quiet and offered a decent amount of food and beverage options. The location is good and near airport and railway station, this hotel non-veg is awsome, Overall I was very pleased with everything here at the hotel and would happily stay again. Thank you.

3 class hotel in jaipur... stafff is no caring.. total west money .

Service was very poor. Bathroom didn't have hot water. Toilet flush was not working. Bed sheets and pillows were dirty. When called for room service, they took almost 1 hr. In the morning, there was no water supply for 2 hrs. When called for that, they cut the phone. Very poor conditions. Some light bulbs are also missing. Tv was not working. Ac has no remote.

Worst hotel (OYO Townhouse) ever! They charged extra money before checkin and delayed the checkin by one hour even though my booking was full paid online. I was okay to pay the money expecting a better service. But the that was never the case. No Drinking water No complimentary breakfast (included in the booking) No toiletries Not even proper bed sheets and towel. The room was full of stains and broken toilet fittings. Rude staff behaviour. Had to book another room at the last minute due to this.
