Rooms can be kept even more cleaner, especially washroom. Hott water was not working. Service staff were good, polite, having courtesy in guiding the visitors. 24 hours check in/check out was provided for booking in person.

Rooms not good service not good bad behavior

Location of this hotel us excellent. It's in the heart of the city of oranges Nagpur. Hotel front staff are very polite & supportive. Room boys & room service staff are also good. Rooms are very clean & nice. Amenities are also sufficiently good. Rooms are need to renovate as it seems to be very old. overall nice place to stay for official as well as family trip.

As per price and courtsey level of the stay was good although the food was really very overpriced but good. Morning tea was served with lots of sugar making it oversweet taste. If you travelling by car then park at your own risk as they dont have parking facilities. Overall I ll rate it as average as the quality was average but as compared to other hotels in Nagpur it seemed okay but if compared to hotel in other cities it sucks. I ll recomend not to choose this if you staying for more than 12 hours.

I stayed in this hotel from last 12 years. as I am working with fabric company, so this is perfect hotel for me. due to location. staff is very cooperative. Building and room looks old. Amenities seems old. but cleanliness is up-to the mark.

Location was Perfect, it is located at Near chitaroil metro station. The service was very Impressive and the atmosphere are very Perfect

Firstly I must mention to you that my friends and I, we like trying new cuisines & flavours, we go out for food at least twice a month and we usually don't pay over 20-25e per person. I must also declare to you that we don't have strange willing on food. We decided to go to this restaurant as we wanted to eat traditional greek cuisine and we read for this place in Athinorama Magazine (a kind of guide magazine published every week for Athens city).

Very Old Property and what ever you spend moaney for this is pure westage.Specially you must visit Room No:-104 which was given to me on first day.Dors are broken,Tiles are broken,Taps are leakege,Very bed Toilets, smallest room and werst side is front office staff. i had booked my room arounfmd 1 p.m. on same day when i check in in Night i was told there is no other room with them except this.(When they already got the booking why they cant keep proper room for this booking guest?) ...For compulsery i have to stay and surprisingly on second day althogh there Manager has commited to give me other room..refused in evening saying No rooms are vacet and you were promised if it will vecet then we will give you(Pure lie) then after my loud voice and meeting to his owner i got the correct room...i am thankful to him because if he has not there then i must have a huge loss. waiters are greedy and asking for money.I dont find 1 good reason except his owner to take a stay in this hotel...............
