Worst Experience !! I wanted a room just to work for my office via laptop. They allotted a pg type room with no power. I couldn't charge my laptop and mobile at all. I asked 3,4 times for power and they were giving excuses . Then I decided to leave but they charged fully and did not return anything. It felt very bad to visit these kinds of hotels. Better to avoid it if you can and go to the City side if you can.
Our stay was wonderful! I celebrated and the staff made it even more special with late check-out, excellent room service, and delicious food.

Very good hotel . good staff and services,I happened to be here due to exams and there were no hotels available becaus eof some politicuans visit in the town.When i enter the room there were paan spit everywhere.

Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
