A FUIR Pire experience de notre vie Nous avons sejourne 2 nuits dans cet hostel. Nous avons ete extremement decus et choques du service. La chambre etait sale, la salle de bain egalement. Le menage n'est clairement pas fait dans les sdb entre deux clients. Pas d'eau chaude. Pas de pression dans la douche. Lessives tres cheres. L'un des membres du personnel s'est montre tres desagreable, pas de bonjour et 0 forme de politesse. Nous y avons dine le soir, je n'ai presque pas mange car ce n'etait pas bon. Mon copain s'est trouve malade pendant la nuit, il a du etre hospitalise le lendemain et a passe la journee a l'hopital a cause d'une bacterie dans la nourriture. Le personnel nous a appele un rikshaw pour aller a l'hopital le matin puis nous ramener le lendemain (2 min de route) ils nous ont reclame le lendemain l'argent pour payer le rikshaw (150 roupies aller + 150 roupies retour!!! Prix hallucinant) Le personnel nous a tout de meme accompagne durant toute la journee a l'hopital mais n'a pas arrete d'essayer de nous remettre la faute dessus en disant que la situation etait critique car nous ne les avions pas prevenu pendant la nuit (apparement ils auraient pu soigner mon copain avec de l'eau coco! Pour une intoxication alimentaire vraiment ?) Cerise sur le gateau: on se fait presque virer de notre chambre a 10h50 par un des membres qui nous rappelle que le Check out est a 11h (nous etions sur le point de fermer nos valises, pas besoin de se montrer desagreable surtout apres le sejour qu'on a passe a cause d'eux) L'hotel profite clairement de son emplacement pour facturer des nuits a un prix qui ne correspond clairement pas au service. Nous avons change d'hotel pour les deux nuits suivantes ; vous trouverez bien mieux ailleurs et pour le meme prix

Positive: Host was friendly and welcoming with many local connections for transportation, tours, and any other activities. Excellent communication throughout. In house kitchen with delicious menu. Within walking distance of Taj Mahal. Strong internet connection. Negative: Accommodations had all basic necessities, but room for improvement in terms of comfort and accessibility. For the example, the mattress was quite firm, there was no air conditioning, and stairs may not be safe for someone with limited mobility.

Had stay last night worst experience ever, bathroom is tiny, blankets are not clean, most unhygienic place. Better check other options.

Profite de sa position proche du taj pour louer des chambres a des prix excessifs. Les lits sont en beton, j'ai passe une des pires nuits de ma vie !
