Incredible hotel as the name suggests.... Fantastic service... Well behaved staff and tasty food.... Keep it up.

No cleanliness, If you have any problem they will surely come,but after 2-3 hours and only if you have called them like more then 2-3 times. Location is Far away from Taj Mahal. Don't get fooled with these Fake reviews they have added about their good Customer Service and Location being near, these are all Lies.

nope.. the hotel is not so clean as advertised. There were stains on the head rest as well as on the linen. The commode water had to be shut down manually after every use otherwise the water tended to flow continuously, even the jet was broken and it left the person wet after use each time. The biggest putoff for me was the breakfast. I had included it in my booking. They start taking orders only after 8 AM, very inconvenient if you want to leave early for sightseeing. They have not mentioned it anywhere in their policies. in spite of repeated requests since 7 AM in the morning and stating our urgency, they got us paranthas only at quarter to 9 just as we were leaving frustratingly (please be aware that they have only 3 choices- bread butter, omelette or paranthas as options if the breakfast is complementary). It was an oyo rooms earlier , a fact which I was unaware of as I tend to avoid oyo rooms like a plague. One star is for location and the other for the polite staff. Everything else sucks.I stayed in room 219. I think the other reviews are not genuine. Replying to the response below: Sir, is it mentioned anywhere on your site or the confirmation e-mail that the b'fast starts from 8? because any decent hotel nowadays starts b'fast from 6:30 or 7:00. Yours is a hotel not a home stay I believe and that too in a very important tourist destination. At least, the b'fast should be ready to serve at 8 and not 8:45 AM. Also, regarding intimation to the front desk staff, I mentioned it at least twice in the evening and called the desk at least 4 times in the morning to serve the b'fast at least by 8. You had not even mentioned anywhere that you are associated with OYO. I absolutely despise oyo just because of the type of hotels that have now become associated with this brand and I was proved absolutely right again.

This Hotel is Really Great place to stay in Agra City! All the services they offer make our experience fantastic! It actually makes our trip! The room service and hospitality of the staff here, is simply A1!! Loved the Hotel, I'll recomend this hotel to people to have a stay here if you came in Agra!

No ventilation in rooms ..closed show windows were there which we didnt notice before .Said wifi was available but it was not .Took full payment before .Didnt fix Tv .Light was flickering ...all these things were wrong and still they managed to get 1600 for one night because it was day time and we were cheated with wrong description.Even the water they provided was charged ..i mean who does that ? Pls dont buy there schemes and come here
