I recently booked a room at this hotel for a week-long official trip. The first impression was that the rooms were quite neat and clean, but they felt a bit cramped. However, my stay was marred by poor service from the reception side. One major issue I encountered was with the TV channels. I requested them to add a few channels for my one-week stay, but I was told it wasn't possible, even though daily subscriptions for channels were available. This was frustrating as it limited my entertainment options during the stay. Another inconvenience was their billing system. I asked if they could provide separate bills for the hotel stay and food expenses, but the receptionist stated that there was no provision for this. This lack of flexibility made it challenging for me to manage my expenses accurately. Due to the combination of these issues and the overall poor service experience, I decided to move to another hotel after just two days. It's unfortunate that my stay didn't meet my expectations, and I hope the hotel management can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Date of Check in : 17.09.2023

I enjoy the morning breakfast; the taste is delightful, and the restaurant staff is friendly. The Vada was just right. However, I encountered an issue with the lady receptionist who had an unhelpful attitude, making communication difficult. The rooms are nice, but some items were missing, requiring us to request them multiple times.

I was absolutely delighted with the fabulous service at every level at this clean , convenient hotel. From Shabana, Nomita and Ankita at reception who not just checked me in , settled my bill and gave a lot of helpful shopping tips but also very kindly let me store my bag after checkout. To Priya who very kindly sent up fresh food for dinner since I didn't have enough time to wait while it was being prepared fresh, to the housekeeping staff who kept up a good supply of non-bottled water for me. This is a great find - I'm certainly staying here again

Specially 5 star rating is for Reception staff Miss Shabana .she welcomed me with almost care & happy to see smily face in Reception. She took care for entire stay and very well communicated to me regarding rooms details . She is humble and very polite . Food breakfast was complementary and very tasty . Rooms are bit small ,needs to be add some space for additional table for having food in room for two person... Thank you

Booked thru MMT along with extra bed, but rooms are of size where extra bed cannot be accommodated. Once extra bed (just a 4 inch mattress on the floor) is arranged there is no place to walk in the room. Not a good option with family members like parents or kids. Ordered Chicken noodles, room service, but delivered veg noodles. Upon raising complaint received chicken noodle, but it was a time taking process. Timings of stay are different based on mode of booking, thru online it is 12pm to 11am At hotel directly it is 12pm to 12pm, seriously heck. Last but not least, denied to give a water bottle saying that 'you are going to checkout hence we can't provide a water bottle', (very unpleasant response from the facilities team)

Business & offical people don't Book this hotel. 1. Late checkIn service after 1 pm, even rooms are available, they asked extra 2000 for early checkIn. 2. Worst In-Room Dining experience, even after many reminders you will not get the rotten food before 45 min. 3. Tasteless food especially north Indian. 4. TV has no cable connection as during two days of stay only 1 hr. work rwst time not abailable.

This hotel is an hour drive from the airport, Located in very busy area, the hotel has a function room, roof top ballroom and restaurant, Food is brilliant and so is the service, Rooms are ok and is quite congested if you are triple sharing, The Bar is well stocked and some good deals. Overall it's a good property
