The worst experience I have ever had. 1. Bathrooms are not at all clean. 2. Rooms don't have any telephones 3. When we were entering the hotel, all kind of unpleasant urine smell welcomed us. 4. If you order food from its menu, you will get food minimum after 1hr. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone in my life.
Rooms and facilities were good but sometimes the staff's behavior was little rude. The complementary breakfast that they serve along is not at all good so I will suggest not to go for it. Choose this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable cozy stay at reasonable prices and that too at a good location in the city. Food delivery is really good in Hyderabad so that won't also be a problem at this place.
At first, one could find it difficult to locate the hotel because it looks more like a shopping arcade. The entrance is by a grocery shop and you could smell spices from yards. The elevator was an old one and would stop at times. The buttons needed long and repeated pressing. Room was fine and spacious but the washroom was not up to the mark. All in all, the stay was good.
No proper service , the people working there don't understand what we speak . We have taken a room but only one set of towel and shampoo were given ,the other set of them were given only when asked for another . Breakfast was the part of booking but wasn't given and the reason given by the owner was insane . He told that as we took room at 9am he can't offer and 9am was late for him ! I donno where in the world is 9am late for breakfast. Overall I didn't really like it at all !!
Great rooms, very spacious and tidy! Don't get fooled by the location, i mean, don't judge a book by the cover! Rooms are pretty good and affordable. And for me it was like striking gold for such small price
The hotel staff treat us really well and also give fast check-in. Location is also good it is just at walking distance from JBS bus stand and Paradise hotel. The rooms are fabulous here you can check it out in photos.
Very rude staff, on complaint about bad food and room, they asked us to cancel the booking and shift to some other hotel. I would not recommend this hotel as this is situated near sewer and smells, room service also not good. Plenty of other good hotels nearby.
Very bad room service, no standard rates for essentials like drinking water, very bad house keeping. None of the room boys have proper information about the services provided by the hotel. For eg. I had to ask atleast 3 people to get info about laundry!!! Not recommended
