One star missing for location although jaisalmer is very small and every hotel is located in small cluster but you can find same hotel at very competitive prices.
Staff and owner Mr. Tejwani is very good and polite person and very helpful.

We have booked the package for three night from 29-31st December, 2019. The hotel and resort both are excellent, especially resort, the stay and staff are very cooperative, carying and helpful. Mr. Rishi is very gentle and nice person. We are highly recommended the resort.

Stay was good at hotel and it was great at resort in Sam. Improve food quality at resort. Provide door mate at resort camp tent. Keep high chair for small kids in restaurant in resort and hotel both place. Cover roof top restaurant with curtains if possible so people can sit there if there is so much cold and enjoy dinner.
It is corporate hotel if you are tourist with family never book in this hotel having very expensive rate and services you will get 20% of price paid having no restaurant no kitchen no staff.
I faced worst experience of my life in this hotel.
Decent rooms, though oddly enough there restaurant is at the roof top(3rd floor) and no lift available . We had to eat breakfast in extreme cold. If you get the room in ground floor, extremely loud telephone at the reception will bother you till late night.
