Hotel Imperial Park - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

I had been here few times. The first time the stay was wonderful. The staffs were very friendly and the room service was also good. I didn't see the same level of service offered the next time. I had asked for cleaning my room but it wasn't done for 2 days. Also the service was not upto the mark as compared to the previous time.

Stayed at this amazing place. Last visit was not that impressive but I was informed that the management has been changed and this time I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The hotel staff is very cooperative and the food was just amazing!!

Charges are very high in the name of Boutique hotel. Stayed in this hotel in 2022.Writing this review 2yrs later because one night they will randomly add you in a whatsapp group of random 250 people. Very unprofessional behaviour.

It was a great experience... My family had to stay here and Deepak was a great host. He made sure they were comfortable and made their stay worth it.... We received full cooperation from all staff members.... You should definitely visit this property for both short and long stays.

Few Reasons why it's good: 1. Quite aesthetic, well maintained and clean rooms 2. Friendly and helpful staff. Deepak was very attentive and polite. 3. Quick service 4. Pocket friendly prices

Service really poor . Rooms are dusty and bed mattress aren't good either . Had plans for staying for 4 days but had to change hotel on the same day of arrival, got no refund . Switched to hotel 91 just next to it , 100 times better and nearly same cost

Overall experience was very nice. Great food and service. Clean rooms
