Hostility disguised as Hospitality! I decided to stay at Hotel Imperial Heights in Deogarh based on the positive online reviews, but my experience was vastly different from what was suggested. The hotel's location and room quality were decent, but there were some notable issues. The rooms were a bit small, especially if you opt for an extra bed. The food was average, filling but nothing exceptional. However, the major problem I encountered was with the staff. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and didn't seem motivated to be there. Requesting any service felt like asking for a favor, which is far from what one would expect in the hospitality industry. Despite any amenities, impolite personnel can mar the entire experience. If you plan to visit Deogarh and require a hotel, I'd recommend avoiding Hotel Imperial Heights, especially if you expect any interaction with the staff. My experience left me feeling that they've confused hospitality with hostility.

Good location, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was fine but taste was just ok. Could improve quality of food. Room was decent, clean. Bathroom was satisfactory. Overall had a good stay and would recommend this place if visiting Deoghar.

The reception staff is clueless, totally unprofessional and gave contradictory information which they felt required correction only at the billing. The room wasn't even ready when we checked in even though we informed on the arrival time couple of times in advance. The food is good and room service staff was good, but the morning breakfast is unorganized and chaotic. Plates and glasses run out, orders are served to other people and service staff looks stressed.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it is probably one of the best properties in Deodhar. We had 2 rooms 603 and 602 one premium and one deluxe. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms need a bit of upgrading to live upto the standards of the room. Nomi from housekeeping did a great job in keeping the room clean and well maintained. She was courteous and ready to help out as needed.

I am Vandana Rai and my husband Annu kr. Rai ,We are guests of 504 and we liked this hotel and the behavior of the staff very much. It was a very good experience and specially the behavior of the girls who come for room housekeeping , Naomi somvari was also very good.

We had a very good stay at Imperial Heights. The room was clean and the cleaning staff, especially Naumi was very efficient. Overall, the staff was excellent. Shiv and Rashmi Kapoor

I visited this place last weekend with my family. Had a wonderful Stay. Food is nice - Breakfast spread was basic but the food quality and taste is good. We had booked Suite. Our room was quite spacious, clean, comfortable beds and well maintained. Bathroom too was clean. Room service was good. Restaurant service was also upto the mark. Staff is helpful here. Specially the ladies staff. Hotel manager do provide cab facilities for excursions and airport transfers if required. Though little expensive but they do arrange on immediate basis. Overall good experience. Definitely one of the best place to stay in Deogarh.
