Hotel Room and Food Was good but the manager Deep Mondal gives a horrible experiance at front desk. He is not only rude, he just dont understand the basics of Hospitiality. Hope this review does not make any value to him but drop in bussinees will definately effect to the owner of the Hotel.
Good Location. Good Staff. Good Ambiance. Room size is good. Breakfast needs to be improved a little, with little more variety... Family Environment, even single Lady Executives are preferring this hotel. Overall Good and recommended...

A good and affordable place to stay . Hygienic rooms and nicely maintained. But just the manager at the reception is extremely rude . Extremely argumentative. This happened with other guests as well in my presence .
Pathetic services. No one cares. Do not book this hotel. If a hotel cannot provide water then imagine what kind of service they are providing. I had asked for water at night, housekeeping did not respond. Then tried reception twice and they said that they will send water but no one came. Housekeeping person called and said that he is eating food and hence cannot come to give water (seriously... is there only 1 person) and I should try room service. The room service said that there is no waiter available and he will try to send... Just imagine that he was trying to send water. Above all, he said that he will provide 1 bottle and asked me to provide the empty bottle which will be refilled. I have checked out today morning but till now did not get water from this hotel. And they are in service industry...
Basic amenities are not available in the room.We have to call room service again and again to get it.Quality of food is good though not exceptional as one would expect in Ludhiana
Food is pathetic. Rooms are also not clean and smelly. MMT shown 1800+taxes including breakfast, they charge 2500+taxes...if you forced for discount they provide rooms@2500 including taxes.
It's a good affordable Hotel with good proximity and local shops are very nearby unlike hotel Hotels in Ludhiana which are good but in outskirts. Service was Good Breakfast was below average in Rustic Punjab & no options or spread Rooms and Bed were clean and Tidy Bathrooms were not so clean Everything can be much better and hence given 4 stars.
