We had a lovely time at Imperia Suites! The breakfast were such a perfect touch to our stay. Room very clean and nice bathroom! Will definitely be recommending this hotel to others, thank you!
Food quality is not up to the mark. we opted stay for two days with complimentary breakfast. The breakfast served was so poor in quality. Hardly care about the shelf life of the food or tea. they keep on serving once they hv made early in the morning and they reheat it and serve you. Bad experience about food. Rooms are good enough.
Very bad experience. In experienced staff serving in broken bowls. They didnt even offered water to the guests in restaurants. Served cold and delayed meals. Literally waited for 30 mins just for bill. Staff is not cooperative and didn't listen even when we called them in restaurant
Everything is okay okay but staf behavior is not good there so i suggest if you have a budget for that hotel and you want also a self respect that you have to visit hotel white stone that one is much better than this hotel
As much as I appreciate costly indoors and bathroom furnishing, I equally can admit that silence doesn't live in this hotel and you can hear every neighbor clapping every door.
Food in the restaurant downstairs is also funny.
After 1 day of our stay no attempts of cleaning the room was made.
Attended a friend's party also started there decent spacious rooms also they have 2 banquets overall good
Reception area the main part of hotel is so mch boring n dull.....The lady at reception had no smile at face.....plz teach her sm front desk manners so mch rudeness in her words. Room was good. I was not impressed by the staff behaviour.
May not get breakfast on time (may need to wait for 1 hr, even if it is in your package) ........ staff is also careless to serve you food.
