Hotel Impact - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

The worst hotel in all of India. We were a group of 10 in 5 rooms for 3 days and none of us has had such bad experience. First, they denied to check in and put us through a horrible customer service experience. After we put some pressure they let us check in. Our rooms had breakfast included but they kept charging us for some reason. At the time of checkout they gave us an exaggerated bill and that too at the time when the cabs had arrived. The front staff is a big bunch of liars and cheaters. Please don't take this hotel however cheap you may find it.

One of the best hotel with affordable room price and specially the staffs are well supportive and the the best part was the food which taste like home made foods

I have been there with my friends and family. I generally provide a good review or not to prefer to write a review.. But.. One liner review would be "HELL WOULD BE MORE BETTER PLACE THEN THIS HOTEL" I wont even suggest this hotel to my enemy. Good for nothing.. Even there curtens were falling down.. Tv was not working.. AC not working Had a worst food of my life in this hotel. Just dont go!

Zero professionalism. Extremely pathetic way of taking customer booking. I did a booking through make my trip but on the day of check-in they said the hotel is sold out. I had a payment receipt as well as booking confirmation. However, the hotel manager said that the hotel is overbooked snd that too when I called them in the morning of my checkout.

We had a small party for my mother's retirement. We had around 60 folks, the food was delicious, everything was good overall. The best thing was that people were constantly available to help us, with any issues that we were facing. It's a newly constructed building so the interiors were clean and well done.

Worst experience from the last stay... First they charged an extra amount apart from booking from the Agoda app then they provided a room without an exhaust fan which was open in such a way that privacy will be compromised and for the solution they placed newspaper to cover it and the room was not properly cleaned and found a piece of glass near the bed. After complaining so many times they changed the room. Would not recommend anyone who wants to stay here until or unless hotel staff are professional enough for managing things properly.

I am happy with this place, first of all if you are a person who wants the rooms near railway station then this is not for you, this hotel located at chinhat , gomtinagar. anyways I love the service, staffs are very well mannered , and food was tasty also room was cleaned. you can go for it without any doubts.

Rooms were nice and clean cooling was also up to the mark. Service is also great over here. Overall everything was satisfactory and worth staying.
