Was recently in Imphal with a huge group of family and friends to attend a family function. The accessibility and location of Hotel Imolesh was a prime factor for making a block booking of 6 rooms for 13 individuals, and I am very happy to say that the service provided by the hotel staff has fully vindicated our decision. Despite being a new hotel, the staff and facilities provided were A+ - and wherever there were issues that we came across, the very efficient and helpful staff made it a point to provide us with good solutions. We know that certain things can be improved (like providing ironing services would be nice), but overall we do think that Hotel Imolesh is going in the right direction and we sincerely hope to be back again! All the best for the future.

It's really a very nice hotel...its a new property with elegance... One suggestion....they can improve their breakfast quality to take their hotel to the next level....

Good neat and clean hotel..it's location is very good just away from the hustle n bustle of old city markets but yet very close by.. rooms are very spacious but needs some basics .Luggage Table, bathroom cloth hooks can be added.. Front desk people are very attentive n good

Recently was in Imphal to visit family and attend a family function. We were a large group with a booking of 5 rooms. The hotel had all the amenities, was clean and the location was excellent. The staff was extremely attentive from the very moment we checked in - from accomodating our entire party on the same floor to the endless orders of masala tea in the dining room - our stay was all the more enjoyable due to the service we received.

The hotel is great. Food options can be expanded. Area is very safe. Was a wonderful stay by EBSB participants. The staff was friendly.

Located very close to the Kangla fort, this is a new hotel. The staff is very friendly. They're very slow but they do the work eventually. Very helpful. Rooms are clean and some rooms have a wonderful view. The restaurant food is overpriced but tasty.

You are not allowed to come up to Guest and tell us what and what not to do, even if you're the manager as long as we are talking about something else that doesn't disturb or would lead to the destruction of your property. Don't ruin someone's day.
