HOTEL IDHAYAN PALACE - Hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

Location is good. Rooms require maintenance as my room the paint was coming out and the bed corners were dusty. I had to change my room since earlier I got the room near septic tank of the hotel. Service is slow. Being a 3 star category hotel they will not provide iron instead charge you for it with gst applicable. You will not be provided upgrades even if the hotel is at fault since they are one of the few good hotels so they are sold out. Staff is good and polite. Even you want to stay here select only premium category rooms.

Worst hotel ever. Room service is very poor, ordered water bottle, received in 50 mins. No hot water for bathing in winters. This hotel will spoil all your mood before going somewhere. Only the location is fine. Rest all things are worst/bad/lazy staff. Don't choose this hotel ever for the stay. Full wastage of money.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Vrindavan and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. Apart from that, I found the cleanliness and services to be extremely poor. I had booked three rooms for our group, but only one room was acceptable. The other two rooms had serious hygiene issues, with smelly washrooms and visible dirt, including bindis and hair on the bed and washroom mirror. It was truly unacceptable. Furthermore, I was shocked by the behavior of the front desk staff. They exhibited rude and unprofessional manners. Despite the hotel being crowded due to the Vrindavan rush, they failed to communicate with us about the check-out process for our rooms. Instead, they charged us for a half-day, even though it was unnecessary. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unhelpful front desk staff made it a regrettable stay. Consider other options in the area for a more pleasant and hassle-free experience.

The hotel is Located approximately 4 KMS from Bankey Bihari Mandir , I got room for Rs 3000 with Breakfast , Driver Dormatry is Available but not in Good Situation , If you are Planning a Longer Stay with Family Would Suggest to Book their Flats Next to the Hotel , Food of the Restaurant was Awesome. Cons : No Complementary Water Bottle was Given with the Room. Would Recommend To Look for the SJS Dharmashala Rooms Located Opposite to the Hotel

The rooms was big ( we stayed at duplex suit)but it was very unclean. Bed sheet was dirty , bathroom was unclean. Price is very high as compared to service. Not worth the money.

Apart from food and breakfast, everything is pathetic. Specially the behaviour of front desk employees. The way they talk seems like Idhayan has hired un-educated people to be face of their hotel. I had a simple query about late checkout and they were like you have to pay half day price if checkout is late by 10 minutes. Overall had a bad experience will never recommend anyone for this.

The worst hospitality that someone can expect and the house keeping staff are rude to the core. Very arrogant and unapologetic behaviour. Rooms are decent but don't expect to be treated nicely here

Great ambiance, Food was awesome. Smooth Check-in to check-out everything was amazing. Harban is a staff in your hotel was very gentle and good manners. Thank you Harban for making my stay comfortable.
