Pros. Washroom neat n clean Good Shower Spacious room Cons. The bedsheet wasn't clean. Service isn't good. They didn't even tell us where to go for the room. We asked from them and then no service for luggage. According to service they're over charging from us. Could be better.

The rooms are spacious and good. Also the hotel is well maintained. However there are few points which seriously needs improvement: 1. Wi Fi was not working and they did not effort to resolve it. 2. TV was not working as there recharge was not done . For both the above reasons, they simply had one answer that it is not under their control and head office will only do it. 3. Buffet breakfast offered very little variety. One day there was idli with sambhar without any kind of chutney. There has to be chutney and sambhar with south indian dish. 4. Flies in restaurant which was very irritating. 5. Towels were very old and hard which was not usable. If these are looked upon then this hotel becomes great for stay.

The rooms offer a mini-bar, tea/coffee maker, a safe and 24 hour room service. The Hotel offers a unique dining experience with an authentic and earthy Indian restaurant 'Turmeric Tales' where the seasoned Icon chefs use handcrafted authentic spices of Punjab to weave food tales of epic proportions night after night! The ambience is a fine blend of modernity and ethnicity.

Positive experiences at the hotel! It's a neat and clean and quite affordable hotel, located at a convenient location. The room tariff is quite reasonable. Highly recommended for comfortable stay. Suitable for a family, married couples and equally nice for singles, students and business people.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rajpura, we got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. so this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well,the staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make stay comfortable,this is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway,gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in,front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful,food quality is really awesome, they provide good quality and quantity of food,overall I had a great experience with the Hotel Icon...

This property is offering one of the finest hygiene and quality at this price and offering better amenities than the ones quoting higher prices. The food is delicious and the polite and well mannered staff don't hesitate to provide you with food and other services even at late hours of night. The rooms are spacious and modern and clean with high levels of sanitisation. The bathrooms are cleanest you could get. The best stay I have had in a while and I have stayed in one of the very best ones in north India. Thank you team icon. See you soon someday.
