Very bad room and staff. The reception staff and manager would take extra money but don't give a proper. Never opt this room for a stay.

The staff gave me the cloth that other people had used and later I changed it..very bad House keeping service ..room experience giving 1* rating overall bad staff behaviour also

TERRIBLE!!! We had come with family from goa and booked 3 deluxe rooms. Before arrival I called them to ensure that toilets are clean, and to ensure no bed bugs and that we would reach past midnight the same was documented by email. When we arrived... We were given 3 rooms out of which we were asked to adjust in 2 smaller rooms since one room was leaking from the roof and the other room key was missing ( according to them the previous guest took the key and left) Besides we were shocked that the toilets were dirty and black... In one of the 3 rooms there were bedbugs and all 3 rooms had dampness and water leaking. We would have walked away but we had no choice since we reached at 2 am and were 6 adults with 4 kids. We decided to stay and rough it out. Following day we requested and changed 1 of the 3 rooms becoz it was terribly small with no ventilation or window. In the night one of the rooms hot water was not working at all. We try to reason with them saying that the rooms confirmed and actually delivered were polls apart. We requested them to give compensation for the room which had no hot water for 2 nights and severe leakage to extend we had to wipe the walls and place towels on the floor. To that the guy at the reception called Sadam rudely stated you should have checked out in that case. We had reported the issue couple of times to staff at hand. But they seemed to not care. Since we had 3 rooms... One family had to adjust with washroom needs with one of the other 2 rooms. I would suggest that anyone reading this review and wanting to book this hotel... Do not pay or confirm without personally checking the rooms. In our case we had come to mumbai only for 2 nights and dint want to shuffle between hotels with the children since they were already tired and cranky with the journey.

Guys this hotel is unhygienic, No hot water is available in the room and room was dirty at the time of check in no clean. Room in is opposite to main road 24 hours sounds no peace at all.Worst service here they don't even tell you anything about room we need to ask they respond there say nothing available such a rude they say they can't do anything and they will charge for food and don't provide the bill and they don't accept online order from Swiggy or zomato. I don't recommend to stay at this lodge

The worst room i've ever stayed in my life. Ruined the entire night. Cleanliness is nowhere found in the room neither in the hotel or premises. No cleaning is done after a guest checkout. Unclean bedsheets and pillows. Bathroom was very small and untidy like a public washroom and was stinging. Booked for three and no extra bed or even extra pillows. Used condoms, pills, alcohol bottles were found in the wardrobe. One staff was friendly, but the receptionist was rude. No parking is available here and we have to park on roadside at our risk. OYO should have maintained a standard for their hotels.

It's a so so hotel but with that kind of price you can go for different hotels I'm sure you will find more sophisticated places in Mumbai. I'm personally not satisfied enough with their services, staffs are good and friendly but poor quality of service. I spent more than 2 hours during summer without electricity as they don't even have inverter power back up. So I'm being generous and giving them 1 star rating.

The staff behavior are very Disgusting In the last morning We Payed for Water & Food And go out the hotel Later we come in the after sometime they asking to Repayment of FoOD & Water bottles The Reception & Manager are Very Thief and Bad Manners please Remove them ( specially morning timed Manager {iphone user} ) Please Dont Come in this Room after Cheap Cost in Oyo They are charging Extra for every room
