Average food taste with average stay rating... Even after booking before 10 days... their exhaust ws not working.. so faced many complaints with relatives... after an argument they changed our room next day... also not provided bath soap n other accessories... charged high as compared to the service given...

Hotel IC Inn is at walking distance from the railway station. Decent decor, big common area with seating arrangements. Rooms neat, cozy and comfortable. Staff is okayish. They are new it seems that's why they don't know how to treat customers and satisfy them but they are hospitable and obedient. Fountain near the stairs needs maintenance and a bit of decorations to look better.

There is still scope of improvement. Bathrooms need to be improvised and more cleaner. Food at the restaurant is good.
I have stayed in this Hotel in Betul, MP in 3rd- 4th week of September, 2022 for a long period of 10 days for my office work. My overall experience with the staff and manager was very good. Service was provided in a timely manner and was very good overall. They had a cordial behavior and a helping attitude.
Room was average, staff n service was 3/5, calling reception is useless. one has to ask for drinking water again n again better they can place a water cooler in a common place. It has a in built restaurant, there we ordered food but one has to wait 30-40 minutes for getting served. AC was only for name, not even working properly. Check out was so disturbing in my case. The receptionist asked me for extra money which was against my room booking plan. only after seeing the booking details he understood the fact. But this is disturbing. the process should be Hassle free or what is the use of booking. Room was filled with smell of cigarettes.one has to wait a long time for getting served in the restaurant. Food was okay but quantity was too less. Checking out was disturbing.

It was a very good hotel to stay if u r travelling to betul nyc luxury rooms ,along with free wifi , tv channels and a good room service as well as food..plse visit if u r here I am loving it
Excellent Hotel, worth for Money, Very good and polite staff, even owner is good. No complaints about room service, everything you need, they will arrange it, even if it's midnight.
I have booked 10 rooms for guests and have quite a satisfactory experience. The only concern is no discount for bulk booking and the welcome drink is missing on arrival. Generally you get breakfast free but here you have to pay for breakfast. Alth
Highly recommended. I spent an entire weekend there. Everything is great, from clean rooms to tasty food. The hotel manager was polite. I would love to stay again sometime in future.
Nice hotel in chitoorgarh. Near to the fort area. Clean, hospitable, great service. You have restaurant and sheesha lounge along with Gaming area to keep yourself engaged. Manager is very good as we checked in late and he was kind to comply . Enjoyed
This place near railway line and easy to reaching for new traveling guy's .they can enjoy banking at this place there are 2 bank's in this promises.one is kotak mahindra bank and second is au small finance bank.
Place is very good from the available hotels.booked hotel INN in betul via OYO but on reaching there at morning 5.00 they denied saying no availability then after searching went to hotel Ramakrishna,very helpful people,good reception,very cost effect
