The best thing is Location of this hotel and that to at an affordable price. They even had DJ night and even offered us cab service at reasonable rates. Was quick with the services and friendly staff.

We had a great time here specially with Mr. Ram ji. He guided us well and is a nyc person too. One shud attend their DJ party.

We were 6 in our group and the service was so nice the hotel men were very humble one of the best hotel in manali.. Recommended for all..

Disappointing Experience: Expired Beer and Unhelpful Staff I recently visited Hotel Ibex Manali with a group of friends, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. One of the major issues we encountered was being served expired beer, which was completely unacceptable. When we brought this matter to the attention of the staff, instead of addressing the concern appropriately, they actually argued with us. Hotel is at good location but staff is very rude. When you come they bring all your luggage but after checkout they are busy and refuse to put luggage in car. They dont provide bathroom slippers even and tea is too bad.Rooms are suffocated and very poor cleaning. I would advise you to use your wisdom before going to this hotel.

Best hotel in budget extremely happy with how they receive us and the package they provided and the driver for entire tour was Soo good definitely will suggest my friends and families.

Good Hotel exactly at the mall road and the sad was also very cooperative specially Mr Neeraj and Mr Rakesh ji overall a good stay with family . Food was also good

Location perfect but bad booking and cancellation experience. We had booking for the upcoming weekend from 29th June 2023. But due to the sudden onset of monsoons and deteriorating road conditions requested for booking cancellations on 26th June. Before the date when booking was cancelled, the communication on chat was instantaneous but post the message the management stopped responding. After a follow up of 2 days they confirmed the cancellation but they have not and may be will not refund the amount. They are still convinced, that nothing is wrong with the road conditions. Lesson learned : never book directly with the hotels unless they have clear cancellation policies. It's better to book through Aggregators like makemytrip.
