It's a great hotel for a day or two. My friend took a room. For two people they took 1200. There was AC, a nice bathroom a nice bed and everything. As there were no hotels available in madikeri, we had to stay here for the day. So many places were near Kushal Nagar. So it's a great place to stay.
A decent lodge to stay with friends. Very nice stay and the owner is friendly. Cheap and best hotel to reside at kushalnagar. I had travelled with a group of friends.
Mostly i recommend this villas bcz good staff safe place and no disturbance for clg students and mostly affordable price given here and the view in the morning is awesome

That's nice place to be spend some nights with your family and friends. The food they provided is above average. I rate it 3 out of 5. The people who loves indian food may love it. Then it's a perfect spot for those who planned to explore koorge or chickamanglaore. The DJ they provided is below average. My rating is 1 out of 5.
This is not safe for ladies and kids. The servers are looking like rowdies. Food is not good expecially non - veg foods. Fish fry and chicken fry are very worst. They buy it long day before and preserved it and cooked and serve. It's not good for health. I simply saying that don't judge a book by it's cover.
Ibbani Paradise, the name is ironical. We got an experience which was not even near to what we call a paradise. Bees keep entering the rooms and the washrooms. They colonise and will throw you out of your room. Wifi doesn't work. No proper ventilation. You will die here. We didn't enjoy out stay, hope it's the not the same with others . You can stay here is you are fond of beehives. Peace.
Booked through oyo for 3+1 pacs. They provided a 8*10 room without a proper bathroom. Extremely dissatisfied.
