The service so much time that our hunger dies. The waiter here doesn't even know what does an item in the menu actually contains. The appetizers are good but the other recipes are not at least as good as our college mess food. Tourists may have to struggle as the staff doesn't know much English too. I suggest not to order main course here.

It was a good one night stay, the hotel was enough to upgrade our room from suite to family suites. Room is spacious and bathroom is decent enough. Restaurants servic eexcellent and food excellent.

Hotel ambiance, rooms are good. But bed size of rooms is slightly narrow. at time of Complementary breakfast Restaurants staffs service is very slow and poor and may be tolarance for saving the items of Complementary breakfast . May be I am wrong. I feel the same , so share my feelings.

AC is not working washroom room is dirty bed sheet is not good quality

Very poor service. I had visited the place 5-6 times hoping the service would be better each time but still it was poor. Very poor service of the restaurant, most of the waiters are arrogant and present slow service except a few. They really need to work on their service .

I am currently in their rooftop restaurant and it has been 1 hr but they still haven't brought my food. Fingers crossed. They only bought a cold coffee which isn't very cold and tastes bitter.
