Hotel HV Palace - Hotel in Bhuj - Kachchh, India

I will not give it even 0 star... Really very careless staff... Though the manager have bought the hotel just few days ago then too dirty furniture, didn't feel to stay in the hotel ... Open and broken window (even in the AC room)... Told the staff hundred times to clean the room, then too he was not cleaning .. Pigeon's nest were also there but when we said this they didn't care... We were also saying that someone is smoking but they ignored it. . Really very ignorant staff... Lights were also not working

Hotel was good before . But not maintained well. Looks like an abandoned hotel. Very dirty n no proper facility . Staff are careless . Go only when ur left with no other option . Would consider sleeping in car rather checking to this hotel

Good hotel managed by HV group of hotels but now closed try HV beach resort at mandvi near sea sour amazing place to visit one of the best place in mandvi kutch completely project handling by owner Mr hanumantsinh jadeja visit one try for a lovely and amazing stay in front of sea
