It was awesome place. The food was good and ambience was so beautiful. All staff members were kind and helpful. One must visit there once.

I went there for garba , sublime atmosphere all around so many people's with colourful dresses nice cozy place .

The ambience of the hotel is very good, i had a lovely stay there. Staff behaviour were very polite specially of Mr. Sheikh altamash who helped me for the comfortable stay and given a great service.

Had dinner there, the ambience is very good and location is outside the city - so very spacious. The approach to the hotel right from the gate to the entrance is impressive. Only negative moment was the dish Garlic cheese paneer tikka. Paneer was a bit hard and taste of garlic was absent. Hence the 4 stars.

Nice ambience. The staff was friendly and polite. Food also quite satisfactory. Room was good reception staff was very helpful.

Extremely Over priced, not so trained staff, lack of experience, shallow feeling, just an enormous structure with untrained inexperienced staff. Hope ITC will bring a dynamic change very soon.
