Extremely poor management skills and zero lack of empathy for elder people of the society. All of their defences are wrapped under the pretext of 'hotel policy'. I don't know which hotel policy in the world states that you can enter a customer's room without their consent in their absence. You have a problem with my language, but you don't have a problem harassing my parents. This is going to be reported. Briefly.

Nice hotel to stay with affordable and best in location. The room is clean enough. Proper hygiene is maintained. Meal is also provided with extra charges.

Dear Management of Hotel Housez 43, I am writing to express my utter disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring your attention to several issues that need urgent attention. Firstly, the size of the rooms was extremely small. As a person who is over 5'10, I found that my legs were sticking out of the bed, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, the shower was broken, which made it impossible to take a proper shower. The staff was not friendly, and their attitude towards us was very disappointing. Additionally, the hotel failed to provide even a basic necessity like water. I cannot stress enough how these issues impacted my stay at your hotel. It was clear that the hotel was not up to the standards that are expected from any decent accommodation. As a result, I checked out of the hotel after staying only one night, as I could not tolerate the uncomfortable environment any longer. It is my strong recommendation that you take immediate action to address these issues. You should provide adequate accommodation to your guests, and ensure that all amenities are in good working condition. Additionally, your staff should be trained to be more welcoming and hospitable to guests. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone to avoid staying at your hotel. It is imperative that you take these criticisms seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that your hotel meets the minimum standards for any accommodation.

The worst hotel visit so far generally slangs would feel insulted if it is used on their behavior and service, specifically the registration manager he badly need to get fired last time when we visited he was rude this time it was worst then to imagine.Some day any tourist may report to police for his behavior he should get unemployed with no jobs in hand as a person he'll definitely be worst because the way he behaved with a tourist was not acceptable. This registration manager must needs to be replaced or else this hotel may go to down review and full of report on police.

Probably the worst hotel in Kolkata. Booked two rooms. One room had a 30-year-old non-inverter AC which wasn't working even though we paid for an AC room. Another room had a 10-year-old 1-ton ac which took an hour to cool the room and made disturbing noises. Although we asked for a 2-person room, we were given a room with two beds that were only 3x6 feet in size. If you're above 5 feet, your feet will dangle off the bed. They didn't provide basic amenities such as water, tea, coffee, or even shampoo. We even asked for water before heading out for dinner, but they still didn't provide any. We had to buy our own at 1 AM at the night. The cherry on top, the elevator they had was a chain gate elevator from the 19's which I thought ceased existence (apparently I was wrong). The reception was rude and didn't look like they even care. You should book this hotel only if you have no other places to stay.

Hotel is really good at prime location. Located approx 850 - 950 meters away from Park Street Metro.Lift is there, Allotted room was small but very neat and clean. The same with washroom, very very small but very very neat and clean.So many will prefer cleanliness over size. The surprising factor was food of the hotel. Taste of the food was yummy and like home made. Ola, Uber and local taxi available 24 x 7 from the hotel.Only a small suggestion to the hotel management is if they can provide a wall clock in the room will be an added advantage and charm to the hotel.Overall, its a good hotel and one can stay alone or with family in this hotel. Surely in my next Kolkata trip i will visit this hotel for sure.
