Hotel Horizon - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at the Horizon Hotel in Hyderabad, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was clear that this place lacked any sense of professionalism or basic customer service.They overcharg people for no reason and you ask them why Arjun starts shouting. First of all, the check-in process was an absolute nightmare. The staff seemed completely disorganized and had no idea what they were doing. I waited in line for over an hour, only to be greeted by a receptionist who couldn't even manage to crack a smile. Their attitude was cold and unwelcoming, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. Once I finally got to my room, I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness. The sheets on the bed were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. The bathroom was even worse, with dirty towels strewn about and a strong odor of mildew. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had neglected their duties. The hotel operats with no price so they charge basing on whether your a foreign or indian if your foreigner they charge you weigh more/overcharge.The manager Arjun was so rude and abusive he lacks good work ethics. Toilet wasn't clean full cockroaches moving around and alot of mould i signed out with a flu because of the dusty bedsheets.

Worst Management ever!! Booked through makemytrip but the front desk guy didn't allocated the room and charged extra money!! Very rude behavior. Don't even think of considering this one.

Worst Management, Don't book this hotel sorryyy it's not a hotel, even though we stayed for the month in this hotel they doesn't care for the mismatched names in the check in, first of all maintain the rooms cleanly cockroaches are there, all the doors in rooms were damaged they don't have locks alsooo

Don't prefer this hotel. worst experience ever, there is no maintenance and AC are not working and denied for refund.

I had a worse experience trying to check in to the hotel. Even after booking they are telling we don't have rooms and selling it to other people. And the service was also so bad

The hotel on an average is nice ..but the receptionist specifically is not good. They charge you huge yet not good in talking terms

You won't get any signal in the room no wifi signal no network you can't even order food you can't even talk for a minute in a phone call . Poor signal

The worst ever experience ever! plz don't go to this hotel, I also ignored ppl's bad review of this hotel, but every penny is true. This hotel was looking like something else, can't describe in words how pathetic it was. I had to stay there as I've no idea of Hyderabad, and there was no cancellation fees either, and they charged me a lot for booking. I would not stay in this hotel even for free. Everything was so dirty and unhygienic there, they don't even clean the room and do the bed-sheet before allotting the room to new person. Room was stinking, bed sheets were dirty, pillows were beyond dirty. There were cockroaches roaming around. No toilet paper. Buckets were dirty. Commode was dirty, dirty utensils lying in room, just 1 litre bottle for whole day. Staff was poor, ill trend, unprofessional.
