My sincere appreciation to the staff all the way from reception to the restaurant. Hotel vivasa has a wonderful team of professionals and all of them justifying their jobs to an extra mile. Hotels ambience, food and other services are exceptionally great. I don't think I will dare to try and stay somewhere else for all my future visits. A highly recommended facility to visit. Ones again thanks heaps to the staff who made our stay nice and comfortable..

The room in which I stayed was an executive twin bed mountain View room. The room was very beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. The things I loved was the music they used play in the lobby accordingly to the time, like during evening and morning they used to play the aarti, ( A very sensible thought though) the behavior of the staff was very fine, the front office & F&B managers specifically. Despite being a hardcore non vegetarian, I loved their their food, I didn't had the craving to eat non veg food after tasting their meals. The plus point of my room was the sunrise in the early morning & the night view too. The sunrise and sunset from their swimming pool deck was awesome. Will definitely visit again. Thank you to the hotel staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights. it was a lovely experience. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in . The location is perfect ,accommodating, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay was great. They made sure more family was happy. And well taken care of. The rooms were good , and clean. Rooms had lots of amenities. I highly recommend and can not wait to return.

Our first wedding anniversary at this place went amazing. I must say the behaviour of staff is quite cooperative. Moreover, the ambience of the hotel and the decoration of the room done by members just won my heart. Everyone should give this place a try because you would not disappoint at all rather gonna repeat your stay at this beautiful hotel just like me

We had booked 5 executive rooms. The room were a tad bit small. Otherwise the stay was very comfortable. The service was excellent. We were served within 10-15mins for in room dining and within 10mins in restaurant. The food overall was good and tasty. Just need to improve their breakfast buffet. House keeping was very prompt and helpful.
