Good hotel in the Budget category, Room service is excellent, the Staff behavior is good, and helpful, quality of the food is good and tasty too. Starting from Reception Executive to Room service everyone is helpful & cooperative , specially Adi of room service , Mama the aged man and the person on duty during day time at the reception. Even the owner of hotel is also very good and taken care of everything personally . I am pleased with their quality of service & food.
Stayed in a smelly deluxe AC room with AC set at 20degC and not responding to the remote; eventually had to switch it off (technician came after multiple calls to reception counter who went away saying that he will call someone but no one came to resolve the issue). No hand wash, no soap, no water bottle and greyed white towels. Overall unsatisfactory experience and very poor service of the hotel.

Basic amenities like Medimix soap, shampoo sachets, and clean towels are provided. A minor inconvenience was the inability to control the AC remotely; I had to manually switch it off by standing on a chair. The staff's response to this issue was lacking, as they suggested this was the only solution. The TV sizes are on the smaller side, and a few channels were blocked. However, the strong Wi-Fi connection and privacy were appreciated. The on-site restaurant offered tasty food, and ample parking space was a convenience. Overall, this place has potential for improvement to elevate its level of luxury and service. With some enhancements, it could truly provide a more upscale experience.
The room was nice and clean. Bed, toilet were neat and clean. AC, TV and all other things were working fine. Overall it was a good experience. Just one thing there was a hair on a bed and one small cockroach was observed.
Great place to stay. Last month I stayed with my friends who came as tourists to visit caves. Literally worth it for pricing.
