Booked room directly from hotel. I told them we would book for two days and leave next day at evening, they gave us the room, and later we found out bathroom light was not working, on complaining about it, the receptionist said it would get fixed tomorrow as electrician will come tomorrow, and we would have to adjust with no lights in bathroom. The next day they asked us to change the room as they had already booked that room for some other customers. They do not respect customers time and comfort, they will make you change the room, despite the fact that I was with my parents who are senior citizens, and yet they did not hesitate to make our experience uncomfortable and bad stay experience. I would request others to avoid this hotel.

Rooms are good. Balconies are not preferable. You will find ac water dripping from another floor to your balcony. In every room, bathrooms are unable to lock from the inside. The delivery of the food takes a bit of time. This hotel has their own bar and you need to pay 10rs extra to get the beer inside your own room.

Good for an Affordable Stay at Jaipur. The location is very good as you can reach here from Railway Stn and Bus Stand easily. We booked 1 Room here for 3 guests for 2 days. The staff is Cooperative. WiFi was not working anytime when we stayed.

Starting from Check-in, had the worst experience ever! The washroom was used and it was not clean..later we found bedbugs in room which ruined the whole experience..After calling reception they changed the bedding but after changing bedding also we found the bedbugs again and the blanket was torn and had blood stains of bedbugs. We couldn't sleep at all due to this..Very Poor hygiene and rude manager..NOT RECOMMENDED.

rooms are spacious with all required furniture and facilities. located just near railway station. only issue is washroom is shabby without proper cleaning. rest all fine. it is good hotel with reasonable price.

Worst place to stay in Jaipur. Horrible and arrogant Manager. Room are dirty and will not cleaned if you don't tell. There are many good hotels nearby by this hotel and also cheaper. You have to very careful while check in they will tell some price and during checkout they will ask more money and will also fight with you. Don't ever think to stay in this hotel. I had very bad experience. No rating from my side due to bad behaviour of staff manager Mr Rajesh with customers.

So I booked this Hotel and the staff was really polite and professional. It was a mid day check-in and an early checkout and they didn't had any questions and allowed us with very less paperwork. They have nice food in budget as well not very tasty but nice. They quality of the rooms were also very good without being much costly. So we were bery nervous because of previous experiences. but this hotel had great staff with professional attitude. There was very less paperwork and no questions asked before check-in. Our stay in Hotel Holiday Home was very good and relaxing. The location is very convenient near Jaipur Railway Station with very nice transport facilities. The Room and hotel facilities are nice and clean. The hotel staff is very helpful and provide good room service. The food provided is of good quality and quantity and within affordable range.
