Yes we know about the fire accident but sir i guess its your responsibility na to leave at least 1 staff at the reception. And we felt that this was not just the fire thing, hotel was not maintained since long we felt. There was no TV Remote, AC remote was not working to which your staff was saying"BAARISH MEI AC KYA KAROGE AAP"?? If I have paid 900/- for AC room used only 4 hrs, then don't u think your staff shouldn't have said that. Secondly, entire night AC was at 19 temperature but there was zero cooling, i guess it has nothing to do with fire sir.
Free mein b costly hai pls do not prefer this hotel it look like old dharamshala and no service at all.

Washroom were not clean, Dirty room with Dirty bedsheets, Pillow & Pillow covers. No hot water in bathroom. Door had no lock there was no safety when I was going for meeting I have to keep my lugaage on risk as their door had no lock.
Nice rooms. Clean rooms. Good services. Good staff. Best place to stay.
