Hotel Holiday Hill - Hotel in Rishikesh - Dehradun, India

Not worth the price Just because its on main road its little visible otherwise once u come u ll never ever boom again this hotel. Starting from staff to service to the room nothing is worth Rooms are dampy and humid and give u a feel of suffocation Light goes on and off , generator takes its own sweet time and sometimes the lift will stop working as per convenience and the staff will take all this casually. They have an in-house restaurant and after a tiring day I just asker for a cup of tea not even any time taking fancy dish but they refused balantly that they cant serve tea at this time (9pm)Would never recommend anyone.

A standard very low key hotel with compatible service and food. It's was awful, the hotel used old stained bed sheets, the buffet on display was absolutely third class in content, quality and variety. The serving staff was absolutely unkempt, untrained, unclean and shoddy, clue less about the basic dinning sense and personal hygiene. Advised extreme caution before checking with hotel.

I saty on 14th June in this hotel and had Very bad experiance ...no sense to staff how to talk with customer ...room service is very bad ...food quality is very bad...price are very high in same cost you can stay in a good hotel in rishikesh... I will suggest not to book this hotel it is just waste of money and it will spoil your whole trip...

It is a good hotel in pasulok rishikesh, have a Paranomic view of natural sceneries. Good rooms and services.

It was an average 3 star hotel. Room Sevice: Was quick and prompt.For any issue helper was available in no time. Hotel entry: It was on road entry and was not nicely maintained. Cow dung was there right at entry. Rooms: Inside rooms bedding was good and clean. However we faced few issues. Kettles in rooms were not working. In one of rooms both kettle socket points were not working. In one room bath handle was loose and came out. Lot of smell in one bathroom and has to get spray done to use it (toilet sewer was not right probably). Room doors were not good and was not providing insulation from noise. Location: Far away from any point in Rishikesh so not advisable stay without personal car. Food: Food was good and price was correct. We got complimentary breakfast and that was also very good. We also took paid dinner at restaurant and food was delicious.

I had come to stay here for an exam at AIIMS rishikesh and did not have too much options due to it's vicinity to the hospital. Due to tourist season the price was extremely high at the hotel and the room they gave me did not have good ventilation. the window opened into a narrow 2-3 feet alleyway. It was dingy and due to lack of direct sunlight or proper ventilation, I asked them to change my room. They did change my room but gave me the one right above it which was the same configuration and not proper window opening out. I asked them specifically to give me a proper window room but they said it was all booked. Overall, I did not feel like staying there due to this reason. The room that they gave was small, the washroom had a very dim light, the linen wasn't the cleanest that i've seen in hotels in this budget range/ The 2 good things were they had complimentary stay and food for the driver and it was very near to AIIMS Rishikesh. I would not like to return here though if given an option.
