Their hotel policy is waste and the manager is a mess. The staff is helpless because the manager is total mess. Rooms are below average. Only good thing is the location.
The worst service ever received in any hotel. Maneger behaviour is very poor. Asking many questions about the personal life of customer. The dont have any attention on their service. It's a worst place to stay. It's not a hotel but I would say it's a lodge or a bed space nothing more than that. No room service nothing. Toilets damaged. Room like no one cleaned since a months. After I complained to change the bedsheets and toilet cleaning and to provide soap blanket so what owner of the hotel replied me that I have to ask to get all things so they will provide. Is it the hotel staff will reply after booking a room in their hotel ???? Worst place to stay. If they offer to stay freely I would suggest better go to any lodge atleast you will cleaned room bed and bedsheets.

Great location, exactly opposite the railway station, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people & owner are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice perfect for solo traveller
Only best thing about this stay is near to railway station like just 10 mts and one good tea stall is nearby. Tv was not working and the beds aren't that clean and overpriced!!!!
I stayed at the Hotel Holiday Era Lodging for a Travelling and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and modern with all the amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Holiday Era for both business and leisure travelers.
There is no flooding facility in the hotel. All other were good. Hotel is just opposite to railway station. From airport it was taken 20 minutes by auto. All categories restaurants are available besides the hotel. One bottle of mineral water, two towels, two soaps were given. Staffs were cooperative. They allowed us for early check in with some extra money. We request for one extra quilt for us, it was also given. Tour package facility for sightseeing or pick up was also available by attached driver of hotel. Though we took separate driver for sight seeing.
