Rooms are not well maintained. There is no proper ventilation or sunlight. Restroom doors are tight, and you can see some of the insects inside them! What they have mentioned on their website is not true regarding hot water and parking facilities. Van's couldn't enter their parking lot.
The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I will never recommend anyone this place. I'm someone with allergy issues. And my issues got severe because of the severe dusty rooms and horrible sheets they put in the rooms. Allergies got soo bad that now I have loss of breath and admitted to a hospital. Also the attitude of the receptionist was bad. And they charge soo much for the pathetic rooms they provide.
Clean and neat rooms area is very near by busstand can able to stay with family Foods are around the corner but tidy still better place for family and friends out.. The receptionist is always in party mode... Owner keep an eye on him or else he should have blast ur reputation... Otherwise I definitely recommend this hotel ..worth of stay...
The price you pay, the service you get. Don't go with pictures posted by the property owners. Well you can spend a night here. Don't expect much. Slightly disappointed with dirty mattresses and washrooms. If you're not getting any options nearby you can stay here else it's better to look for some other options.
This not a high end hotel. The rooms are so so. The approach road is but horrible. The only plus points are 1) very courteous and helpful staff, just because of them we had a good stay. 2) bang inside the town. After all, Valparai is yet to develop as a full fledged hill station. Do not expect Valparai to be like Ooty,, Kodaikanal and such popular hill stations. Valparai without the vast tea plantations is just zero.

Plug points are not working, no towel soap etc... just like a normal lodge. Parking is complicated and congested... but actually you don't get hotels in Valparai and no other options...
the best part of this stay is it's very near to bus station. you can have a wonderful view of tea estates of valparai plateau from balcony of the room. if you are lucky you will be able to spot flagship species of western ghat i.e. lion tailed macaque and nilagiri tahr
