Rooms are so neat and clean but their staff behaviour is too rudely, they don't have sense to how to talk with costumers...

Overpriced Worst staff.... Very arrogant behavior of staff Very bad service Facility was good enough But lack of service, Lazy staff...

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Specially the owner greeted and helped us .... They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting CHIKHALDARA....Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Everything was great at this hotel.. and makes customers feel welcome.

Do not Book this place. Room service is very bad. In 3 days rooms were not cleaned for a single time even after informing multiple time. Bedsheets were not cleaned, informed them to change but the service boy refused directly. Rooms are without AC I paid 12000 for 3 days & 2 night, according to their service the decent amount for it is 7000. 5000 was charged extra against their service. After check out, while loading luggage in my car, they refused to use washroom, just for couple of seconds. Their was very disappointment. Limited menu is available Location is in outer areas of Chikhaldara

Do not Book this place, specially villa. In this rates far better options are available in Chikhaldara, with more decent service & locations. I was here for 3 days 2 night. No room cleaning services is available here. Even after informed them 3 4 times, room was not cleaned single time. They don't even change the bedsheet their after it is informed to change. Food taste is very bad, only non veg food items are super in taste, and very limited menu is available in both. Rooms are with out AC, but they are quite good. Stuffs that are not available here, can be informed to care taker they provide you all stuff easily by calling from outside. Location is also in outside area. Still i will suggest, spending here is not a wise option.

Place is quite decent however please confirm every detail even the small ones. Don't not assume anything and clarify everything before hand. And could definitely use some help with regards to plumbing. Other than that everything else was good.

I visited the above resort twice and the atmosphere are very nice. I spent two days and feel like home. Food was also very testy. The structure is unique one

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. It was a refreshing and relaxing experience. Unique construction must visit place. Thanks for making our visit much better.
