poor service, with dirty washrooms, no cleanliness, we stayed there for two days, and no one came to clean the room, when requested, they sent the broom and we ourselves clean the room, we have changed three rooms, as in super deluxe room, no ac was working, we were provided with room on 4th floor in compensation but no wifi was available there and not even the tv was working, small dustbin the room , no one came to pick up the garbage, no dustbin in the corridors, there were ants on the floor, and receptionist was not responsible at all. On the whole, this was the worst ever experience and i would not recommend anyone for this pathetic hotel. moreover it's way far from car parking and not easily approachable, but nearby golden temple

We were going to reach Amritsar at 2am on 8th April '2023 and I was trying to book a room even at 5pm on 7th April '2023. In Jammu railway station I was searching for a hotel from my laptop and after almost 90 minutes I found this. My priority was nearby Golden Temple. You can't believe just one minute walking distance from Golden Temple. Room was small but good. Staff behaviour was good. They charged us Rs.1500 per night, stay only. Warning as this hotel inside the market area auto, toto will deny you to go there. Auto , toto will take around Rs.200 to Rs.250 for station drop.

The agents that stand outside will obviously scam you. The rooms are spacious and lavish but the asking price for it is too high. You can always bargain but don't come through any agents who want to sell the rooms. It is quite close to the golden Temple hardly a 4 minute walk to the shoe stand. But it's in compact lanes which makes it difficult to find. Service was good but make sure to bring essentials with you. We only got a towel.

The hotel was very hygienic, my booking for 2 days was a paid booking but due to train delay, I reached the hotel one day late But the hoteliers gave me a super deluxe room instead which was huge and very clean. thank you so much.

Very Polite Nature Of Owner and Neat n Clean room near to gurudwara sahib

This is a nice hotel located just beside Golden Temple. The room was good though a bit small but should not be a concern. The washroom is big and spacious. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Only small issue with this hotel is it is situated in a very small lane where only Rickshaw is accessable. Overall enjoyed my stay here

We arrived late at night and we're able to find a room while other hotels were all full. Some of the other ones that were empty had a bad smell and we're dirty. This hotel was moderately clean, some bugs on the wrong the blankets looked and felt old so I did not use them. The washroom was clean enough, the AC worked well and the overall amenities were ok, not the best but ok.

The place is near to Golden Temple almost 300 meters but is not easily visible from road more over the tge space isn't there for cabs or vehicles to pick you or drop you in front of this place. The staff is helpfull. The rooms are quite small and cleanliness level can off course go up they need to work on that . Washroom are quite spacious and are perfect with hot water and cold water 24 hrs but then again shower wasn't working and the arrangements could be better.
