They should first focus on their work rather than completing useless formalities. I visited there with my husband he asked for my marriage certificate as I recently got married. Then he asked for my wedding card and I was like shocked . Who asks for the wedding invitation photo?? Rather than working on their own responsibilities he was asking for baseless formalities. We took the premium room and at night we came to know that TV wasn't working.... Get a life man!!
It's nice hotel at the mid of the market. In case you want to go for shopping you can walk around. The restraint has decent option in veg and non veg. You can go for anything. The breakfast menu is generally fixed and limited to 5-6 options along with omelette / dosa / boiled egg in live option. The rooms are good in size. However you can hear the sound from outside. Also if the door is open your bed is directly visible. During my 3 nights stay there were some functions going on and the basement was booked. So in case needed it can be booked for that purpose( no reviews) there are common area to sit on the floors. No concern safety wise. Pricing is decent.
Highly overrated hotel with little experience.
The hotel tariff is on the higher side and does not offer value for money.
The rooms are not that spacious as the tariff is.
The food is also only of okay quality but the prices are again exorbitant.
The hotel is situated in Panipat City on the sidelanes of the NH44 flyover going towards Ambala or Chandigarh.
They don't have any proper parking facility for the guests' vehicles.
Overall not a very comfortable stay as you would be hoping for a higher priced hotel or restaurant.
The facilities are all highly charged.
Only good thing is the staff is courteous except for a few.
Stayed overnight there but wasn't a good stay.
Could have been better with more service oriented architecture.
Also there are no sofas in the room.
For a tea need to wait for than 30 minutes, i dialed back to room service, and the replied surprise me that we have not received any order.
It was Ghost to whom i give room service order...I was talking to a ghost that lives in hotel...

Centralized ACs are nit working properly, room number 306, they need to work. Restaurant food is toooo good.
Nice Hotel, friendly staff, food quality very nice, room service and room cleanliness very very good. The location of the hotel is very near the railway station and the railway station is around 750 Meter. Morning breakfast is very nice and served in a buffet. Good & Safe hotel for families with kids. Overall very good.

Best hotel in Panipat city, front desk staff is really professional. Breakfast buffet is also good , you can order food as per your liking.

Hands down, the best choice I've made is training at Duke's. The gym has all the equipment you need and the super friendly people make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
