The hotel offers cozy yet compact rooms, providing basic amenities. However, the redeeming factor lies in its delectable food options, adding a satisfying touch to an otherwise average stay.

The rooms are clean, staff is polite. There is parking problem but I don't think this is problem of the hotel rather this is a locality. Airport is nearby and railway station is too not far. I want to know about the cancellation policy because from previous reviews it shows there is 48 hrs policy please provide detail of cancellation charges. I cancelled a booking 8 days before check-in date and still got 50% of amount in return, which is really strange as no hotel charges this much if cancellation is done before 48 hours. This was a walk in booking. I regret not getting it done from any website. Please let everyone know about your hidden points in cancellation policy.

Overall my Experience was good at this place. Best part about this hotel is breakfast, they will provide you variety of options in breakfast and quality of food was very very good and tasty. Rooms are good but little small in space but still amenity is quite maintained, its a new property. Generous service provided by hotel staff and manager.

The service at Mehfil restaurant is truly exceptional. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable dining experience. From the moment you are seated, you are made to feel like a valued guest, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to your needs. They provide insightful recommendations and are more than willing to accommodate any dietary preferences or restrictions.

The property is beautiful and aesthetically designed. The rooms are spacious, the view from the terrace is great as well. Service is not up to the mark for a hotel of that calibre, you have to call them multiple times to get something. They try and coax you so everything you order seems outside your package. Food is Ok, not great. Overall a satisfactory stay but not great.

This is the most amazing hotel in town with excellent rooms, outstanding food and great customer service. I always stay here as now it feels like a family to me. I would recommend everyone to experience this luxury and comfort. I bet you would love it. I was given extra attention to my request by Ashu at the Mehfil restaurant ensuring i get everything i need.
