"I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The room I stayed in was quite comfortable. It was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The furnishings were modern and stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room offered all the necessary amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the hotel's exceptional staff. They were not only courteous but also very helpful and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they went out of their way to make sure my needs and preferences were met. Whether it was a special request or general inquiries about the area, they were always ready to assist with a smile. While my stay was generally pleasant, I would have appreciated a more varied dining menu at the on-site restaurant. The options were somewhat limited, and as someone who enjoys exploring local cuisine, this was a minor drawback. However, the staff's attentiveness and willingness to provide recommendations helped make up for it. In summary, my stay at was a positive one. The room's comfort and the exceptional service from the staff left a lasting impression. It's an excellent choice for travelers seeking a convenient and welcoming place to stay. I would recommend it, and I would certainly consider returning in the future."

If you are looking for a 5star experience, definitely it is not a 5star hotel. I stayed there for a week the breakfast provided to us was almost same everyday. I was shocked to see that 5star hotel doesn't provide you with Hand wash The food and laundry rates are very high which is not worth value for money. Hospitality is good. The bathroom doesn't have exhaust fans, so when you take shower be ready to see the small pond near your legs and the heavy AMT of fog in entire bathroom. Further, the washbasin doesn't have hot water tap. So overall, I can't say this is 5star hotel. But, if you are looking for great location then you can try..

They say it's a five star hotel which may seem believable by the room per night cost, but only when one visits the property, it becomes darn evident that it is only at max 2 star. The room stinks of mould, mattress and bedsheet covers have yellow tint (god knows when it was cleaned last time). All that and it would cost Rs.7193 as base price for imperial room type. Would highly recommend to stay away from this property. Adding "International" to the name is honestly a scam. And the gall to self rate property as a 5-star hotel. I wish i had that confidence in life.

The shower tap knob was so tight (in room 626) I had to literally hanner with my fist for it to move to adjust water temperature. And as a result it would move in jerks so water would become suddenly very hot and then very cold. An intended 5 minutes shower therefore took almost double time as most time spent in adjusting the knob. Worst is that this was reported to one staff who came soon after my check-in for courtesy checking with me if all was ok and he insisted that all is ok.!!! V very poor response on phone from room to any and all departments. Kept calling various different numbers given on the phne one and a slip on the table but no one would pick up. Hotel breakfast starts strictly at 0730 (need to call and ask it was not mentioned or informed anywhere. Had to leave at 0630 without breakfast even though I had paid for it. Only very poor hotels who have very limited staff do that. All others always accommodate and provide at least a sandwich for guests who need to leave early. In the room the sliding door of the wardrobe was so hard I had to put so much force. And just as the shower knob, the door would move in jerks. I was unable to find a switch for the light in the wardrobe. The light falls straight in your eyes when you are sleeping on bed so the only control was the hard moving wardrobe. What an irritating time-consuming pain. The mirror in the bathroom is such strange setup at an angle on theside of thewash basin so when you want to see your face while washing face, you have to move to face the mirror. As a result all water drippingfrom wet face to the wash basin sides and your feet too. I was unable to understand the purpose of the ricketty contraption of holding the mirror and why, like every place else, the mirror can't be placed simply above the wash basin. Typical government mentality of some service staff (Bell boys) gaping at your face waiting for tips. And strangely they would always be two persons standing in front of you waiting for tips. For the imperial room rate charged the value of service is very less.

I recently visited Hotel Hindusthan International for a business meeting. As one of the oldest 5-star hotels in Kolkata, its location near Exide More and Rabindra Sadan was convenient. The hotel exuded a classic charm, and the meeting facilities were well-equipped. The staff was courteous, making my business stay a comfortable experience.

The HHi is an excellent option for staY near bhawanipur at Kolkata maintaining all the standard of accommodation. The staff of the hotel are also well qualified, humble and co operative. from door keeper to Manager ALL WERE FRIENDLY

Staff need to be sincere. No control/ check mechanism seems to be in place as rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis, even after reminder to clean the room.
