It's a budget friendly hotel at the busy main market. The room we stayed had a small balcony. Staff behaviour was good. We have no photos since we checked in late night and checked out early in the morning. Overall decent stay with everything at the vicinity (both bus stand and railway station)
Lift not available. Be prepared to climb steps. Room size little bit small. No openable windows. Location in main market, near Raghunath temple. Owner and staff helpful. Good for short stay. RO water, luggage room, Hot water only in morning. Canteen available with room service.
*The stay at Hotel Himagiri is for me 'awesome' for the reason that this hotel is a few steps away from Raghunath Temple of Jammu. AC is very good, excellent bed and very tasty and hot breakfast. Shall prefer this hotel only in my future stays in Jammu. Hardly four kms from Jammutawi railway station. I give 5/5 for this hotel.*
Worst ever hotel stay.. they are showing good room pics on website but at the time of check in they have given 3rd class room.. worst experience.. no good
The only disadvantage is no lift available and running hot water not available all the time. Rest is good, clean room but bit old.
Bedsheets and pillows didn't give the right feel. The room was small okish. The washroom was smelly. For hot water they told us we have to go to another washroom. I tried to use the electric kettle there but found out that it has not been washed for a few months I guess. The location is near the bus stand. For emergency purposes you may choose.
It's a strange place. The people are very nice and friendly. The location is excellent. But the rooms are horrible. They are not clean. Nothing works properly. All the taps leak. When I complained, they gave me the deluxe room. The deluxe room was also terrible.
