It is located in a very good locality near the famous Maal road, I stayed with wife and kids for 3 nights in a deluxe room that was not that big, The room could have been bigger, there was another problem my family faced during the stay was hot water, we have to keep running the tap for long time to receive hot water. other than that, stay and food was nice, room service is also good.

Location is good and rooms are okay. Problem is with the service. The staff simply refused to check hot water issue. There was no electricity so we requested staff to start generator at 6 AM, as we had to start at 7. But he refused. There was no tea available till 7. Disappointed.

Value for money. Excellent services. Extremely courteous staff. We took breakfast and dinner which were healthy and delicious and freshly cooked too. Highly recommend to make your trip memorable.

Very tiny rooms with hardly any space to move around in the room. The blanket was absolutely dirty and we returned it immediately and had to buy new ones from the market. I guess other hotels nearby are of similar nature, so can't say much more. What really disappointed me the most was dirty linen in the room.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Booked 3 rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to stay near mall road but still want to avoid crowd. Located at 300m from mall road. Hotel interiors and rooms are great. Staff and service is excellent too. We had breakfast included during our stay. It was good. They provided warm water for drinking everytime we asked. Service was quick too. A few pointers for the hotel to work on: 1. We had lunch twice and dinner all 3 nights. Taste of items we ordered repeatedly werent same. Preparation wasnt consistent. 2. The hotel doesnt have any view which can be an issue for some as we have to keep windows and curtains closed all the time. Rest, the stay was pleasant and hence have rated 5 stars.

Except the fact that there is no lift available there is no other negative point in my 4 day stay. 24 hours hot water, 24x7 room service, prompt response by staff, Best breakfast and Dinner which is part of the package. Very nicely Maintained. This is right next to theall road and accessible. We liked it very much.

Rooms were cleaned but no complimentary water bottle was found in room. You have to purchase water after check in. Food quality is superb.

Hotel Himgiri is at a very convenient location, everything is within a reach, This is exactly what I was looking for. 2 Kms from private volvo bus stand, they also have their own parking space incase you are travelling by car, The property is near Bsnl exchange which can serve as a landmark. I had a good experience from the moment I arrived at the property, I arrived early and thanks to the reception team, they assigned the room right away and given the overnight bus journey I really needed that early check in to take a quick nap. I had booked the luxury room but I don't think there is any major difference in room category except the view and the balcony, keep in mind that the balcony offered is a common one and has the access from outside. Food menu is extensive and is very reasonable, room service was really quick, 10-15 minutes and voila your food has arrived. I had opted for MAP but on the first day the hotel was kind enough to serve the meals in the room itself and always called up to take orders. The only thing that I hated were the slippers inside the room, too hard and thorns that were coming out of it made it really uncomfortable to wear it. Hope they serve with the same enthusiasm when I visit them next time. Convenient location, good food, courteous staff.
